Since you've been going hard ALL week! Treat yourself today! Today's feature will be a fun and healthy "cheat meal".
365 Fit Club Chili Cheese Fries
- While fries are baking dice your jalapeños, onion, tomato and spinach.
- Warm beans
- Brown ground turkey and drain any excess grease. Return turkey to pan.
- Add beans, onion, jalapeños, tomato and seasoning to turkey
- Add water per packet instruction
- Stir in spinach after 2-3 minutes
- When chili is cooked to your liking top fries with chili and add cheese
- Bake for 2 more minutes or until cheese is nice and melted and top with sour cream
