Happy New Year 365 Fit Club Family!
We’ve made it through 2020! From thinking quarantine would only last 2 weeks to being on lockdown for a continuous 9 months we’ve had a totally unpredictable year! A lot of us have gotten away from our fitness goals & journeys due to these unprecedented times. However, we’re about to embark on a new year meaning we can restart on those goals and journeys!
Now I know what you’re probably thinking…everyone makes the same resolution each New Year, will 2021 be different?
Our purpose in making this blog is to share workouts, meal ideas, water intake guidelines, workout playlists, and even to promote our workout gear. In the future, we want others to share their progress and goals and what is working for them so we can share with our members. In turn we can all help each other out. We want everyone to know that they don’t have to fall in that trap of making the “I will lose 10lbs this year” resolution and never seeing results. We want everyone to know that they CAN do whatever they set their minds to do.
We at 365 Fit Club want to help people reach their goals and achieve results!
Now hopefully you’re thinking how do I start? Ultimately the starting point begins within you! Below we will list 6 MAJOR Steps in getting started with your fitness goals:
Step 1: Make the choice to lose weight
Step 2: Set a goal! (This goal can be short term or long term)
Step 3: Set an exact date of when you plan to reach your goal
Step 4: WRITE YOUR GOALS DOWN (Major Key: According to Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill writing your goals down is effective)
Step 5: Hang that goal on your mirror and read it to yourself twice a day (this helps you visualize executing your plan and visualize you 10lbs slimmer)
Step 6: Most importantly don't forget to ACT on these goals (let's making working out and getting healthy a habit)
